Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24-hour notice, the client will be charged the full price of the booked massage with the credit or debit card on file. This cancellation fee is used to compensate the massage therapist for lost time. If the client no-shows or shows up 15 minutes past the time of their appointment they will be charged the full amount and be asked to re-schedule. In the occurrence that the client consistently cancels appointments more than 3 times, they may be banned from future bookings. I am very firm with my policy and this is non-negotiable. ** GIFT CARD HOLDERS: When you book your appointment it will ask you for a card to hold the appointment. {I will not charge your card} Your gift card acts as a “card on file”. If you cancel 24 hours or less your gift card will become void.
